We try our best to get your order shipped out to you in time for your event; but we cannot guarantee the postal service. So for this reason please order in plenty of time for your cookies to arrive. In the winter due to inclement weather we cannot always guarantee on time delivery. If you want Overnight/Express/Guaranteed shipping, please contact us for a quote.

Payment can be made via PayPal, check or cash. Checks can be made out to Just a Piece of Cake LLC. If you require an invoice, please note that in your order details. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

All cookies are individually-wrapped and bagged in bubble wrap bags before being placed into a bakery box.  The bakery box is then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a shipping box. We try our very best to wrap and protect our cookies during the shipping process out to you.  A cookie may occasionally break or crack, but it will still taste great. We will not refund an order unless 50% of the order is destroyed and broken. We are nice people, so if you have any problems with cookies you receive from us, please call or email right away and we’ll try our best to make things right.
